Who is doing the work?
Your right hand is an AI assistant set up for your business—not a person pretending to text. The crew are real people: we learn your operations, set up each job, check the work, and keep improving it with you.
Will it send things without asking me?
We agree together on what the agent can handle and what needs your approval. Important messages and actions are checked with you before they go out. You can change those boundaries as trust builds.
Do I need to learn new software?
No. You talk to your agent through iMessage, SMS, or WhatsApp. We connect the email, calendar, and other tools you already use. There’s no new app to install or CRM to keep updated.
Is my business data shared with other clients?
No. Your agent runs separately, with its own data and memory. The crew learns better ways to do the work across engagements; your customer records and business information don’t carry over.
